I also have a small apartment for sale in Side, only 250 metres from the beach. It sleeps up to 4, using the bed settee in the lounge. I am open to offers to purchase for around £30k or 35k euro's.
The photo to the right is of the large bedroom with ceiling fan and was previously 2 rooms. The wall was removed and there is now a lovely arch in its place.
The opposite end of the very large bedroom, showing the dressing table, huge wardrobe and large dressing mirror. There is also a huge dressing mirror in the hallway. The small WC/shower room is also in the hallway, opposite the bedroom. All the furniture and fixtures and fittings are included in the sale price. This sort of property although quite old, is getting more difficult to find, being so close to the beach and amenities.
