We offer Bed & Breakfast in our lovely, double suite en-suite with comfortable lounge area and 2 small balconies. It is tastefully furnished with a large ceiling fan over the comfortable orthopaedic bed, no feather mattresses here! The suite has been tastefully furnished and decorated by Lynda.
The lounge area is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and dressing mirror, 2 comfortable bamboo chairs and glass coffee table. There is also a good selection of books on the bookshelf with a further extensive library on the landing.
Also available is our smaller twin bedded room with en-suite. It has also been very tastefully decorated and furnished with large wardrobe and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have a large shower room but the smaller room only has access to the balcony from the landing just outside the bedroom door.
We also have a ground floor apartment FOR SALE in Side. It consists of a large double bedroom and sleeps up to 4, using the bed settee in the lounge. I am open to offers to purchase for around 33k. It can be rented for £20 per night in the summer April to September.
Although we don't ask for a rental deposit, we do insist that all damage is paid for. The apartment is only 250 metres from the beach, restaurants & shops and 20 mins walk into Side centre. It is nice and cool during the day with a small covered terrace.
